Primary architect for development of European Phased Adaptive Approach (E-PAA) operational views (OV-6x) for Phase II. • Drafted Warfighter requirements for European Capability integrated master test and evaluation program. Cross walked operational requirements and Warfighter acceptance metrics to those of the Missile Defense Agency and Operational Test Activity metrics. • Provide periodic updates, white papers, information briefs, and senior leader situation awareness reports on deployment requirements, modeling and simulation needs, and technical capability shortfalls to support Warfighter objectives.
