Agricultural extension officers can communicate to farmers through SokoNet and Farmers can post an order for the products they produce for sale allowing them to order for enough packaging materials to avoid post harvest losses. It creates transparency in the transactions between the farmers and the export companies ,reducing exploitation by brokers and with SokoNet,Farmers can get a sales record made to export companies at a particular day,month or even a period he/she wishes to.
