Global Partner Enablement Manager

Establish strong working relations with appropriate geographical/global sales teams to understand channel strategies, and manage the development of successful enablement plans.Enable Partners by developing and conducting business level partner certifications, workshops and applied learning.Create jointly owned partner ‘field level’ enablement plans through collaboration with business level partner teams.Engage regularly with key partners to monitor enablement process, new requirements and future goals.Provide channel subject matter expertise to ensure successful program development and deployment.Develop and make content available through internal channels and the Prysm Partner Portal. Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders in Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, Global Strategic Partner/Channel Teams, Services, and Customer Success Teams to align on messaging, methodology, best practices and sales to service partner engagement models.Identify and develop metrics to measure and assess success of the Partner Enablement Program, continually identify opportunities to improve and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and Senior Management.
