Jaymerose “J.R. Lopez” has many years’ experience in business development and sales. As the Director of Sales for Adelante Development Center, a New Mexico nonprofit agency supporting employment for people with disabilities. During her 20 years with Adelante, J.R. has played a key role in successfully marketing the business services offered by the agency to both commercial and governmental organizations. J.R. helped to rebrand three social enterprises, and played a key role in the startup and continued growth of Adelante Document Destruction Services, Adelante Document Imaging, Adelante Document Storage Solutions and Adelante Bulk Printing and Mailing. She served as the lead sales representative on those business lines while overseeing sales activities for Adelante Mailing Services and Adelante Assembly Services & Packaging. During her tenure she increased Adelante’s Enterprises sales revenue from $280,000.00 annually to $5,500,000.00 annually.
