•Manage and maintain web categories and subsections of PCM (pcm.com) and MacMall (macmall.com) websites. •Work with advertising, IT & web development team and product information team for new product launches and web development projects. •Create custom pages, brands pages, advantage e-mails and custom targeted emails using templates and HTML that feature a wide variety of products and solutions •Conduct research and web audits on maintained websites as well as its competitor to ensure that appropriate products are advertised on the web •Monitor inventory both in main warehouse and partner warehouses and coordinate with purchasing on purchase orders, price protection, cost adjustments and stocking. •Work and coordinate with the advertising department regarding banner requests, monthly catalog publications and image attachment postings. Submit contract, rework ads, proofread materials and pages for the monthly published catalogs. •Create new item part numbers, update and detail with product information, keywords, pricing adjustment, image and item status Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports •Upload and maintain company and manufacturers’ mail-in rebate and instant rebate promotions. •Upload updates on intranet system with current promotions, trainings, events and product focus days and general vendor and product information.•Respond and resolve issues pertaining to product outsourcing, replacement and general product inquiry.
