Total project investment under remit was £110M. Responsible for introducing updated project management methodology: Tracker; rolled out new process for progress reporting, financial forecasting & budgeting, change management and MI.

Programme peaking at over 200 FTE’s, managing all central control functions for the Architecture Improvement (AIP) programme. AIP budget set at £100M over 18 months to re-engineer the underlying systems, applications & interfaces across Corporate Banking, Retail & Manufacturing divisions.
