Located at 113 Chancery Lane.Core Responsibilities- Responsible for the processing of member application onboarding, renewals and cancellations with agreed service level agreements in line with our membership exceptions.- Acting as the initial point of contact for Membership enquiries and provide a consistently high level and quality of support to members as well as internal stakeholders and other departmental colleagues within the business.- Maintenance of membership and statistical data within various systems including MS Excel database and CRM systems, to assist with the day-to-day responsibilities and regular scorecard reporting.- Co-ordinating and reviewing operational processes and matters to improve the overall efficiency, practicality and performance of membership subscriptions within the wider Law Society Communities and related services/products.Additional Responsibilities- Actively involved with the organisation's mental health ERG (Employee Resource Group) - Open Minds as Lead as well as the organisation's race and ethnicity ERG- REACH (Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage) as Co-Lead.
