I also act as a special projects manager for the CEO to assist with high profile applications, sometimes involving overseas travel and working with a diversity of suppliers and wind energy developers.

Worked my way up from parts handler through various positions at Southwest Windpower with increasing responsibility. By telephone and e-mail, I diagnosed product and system related issues for Southwest Windpower distributors, dealers, installers and end users. Developed ISO approved processes for Service and Warranty Repair department. Developed Authorized Service Dealer network and standardized policies, procedures and compensation schedules. Performed inspection, repair and failure analysis of end user's wind turbines.

Designed and developed hybrid desalinization, water pumping, cathodic protection and groundwater remediation systems. Awarded 2006 New Mexico Outstanding Environmental Achievement for implementation of an active ground water remediation system.

Managed a 24 terminal Novell network and from 5-20 data entry staff. With dual certifications of both a deck officer and engineer I sailed for a great number of shipping companies internationally and throughout the coastal United States, in every rated position on board.
