Appointed as Business Change Consultant within a GDPR programme of work to coordinate and deliver strategic change across an organisation to ensure full compliance with ICO regulations and reduction of overall corporate risks. Working on the full project lifecycle to shape & define scope, capture business requirements, assess the impact of the changes and deliver a new way to capture, process and store personal customer data.

Team lead in Business Change department leading a team of up to 30 analysts. I was responsible for their individual coaching and development across the core competency and do this by maintaining a skills matrix which helps define and drive what training is needed across the department and encouraging staff members to push out of their comfort zones to develop their skills where possible. I had ownership of the contractor relationship within the department. I was accountable for providing projects with resources that will meet their demand.

Business Change Analyst - The main responsibilities in this role were working on projects - mainly CAS (Current Account Switching) & MTP (Mortgage Transformation Programme).In this role I carried out the following duties - Stakeholder Engagement - facilitating regular meetings, updates and workshops.Planning and management of my own workload to ensure deliverables are met within or exceeding time lines.Gathering requirements by applying analytical techniques and impact assessing the change of the project on the business areas where the change was taking place and the surrounding areas where there would be less of an impact. Ensured everyone was fully equipped for the change and that there was minimal impact on the business where possible.

Manager of a portfolio of small business customers. I was responsible for a portfolio of business customers and I worked with them on a daily basis to ensure they received the best customer service and their needs were met for all their day to day banking needs.I was the key relationship between the customer and the Bank and I made sure that I kept in regular contact with them through the channel of their choice which meant they were informed of the status of their account and any new products that were on offer to them.

I have end to end knowledge of the mortgage process and I am cemap qualified from when I spent 8 years as a mortgage adviser in retail banking.
