Management of two customer service centres dealing with face to face enquiries in relation to council tax, housing benefit, housing, planning, building control, taxi licensing, concessionary travel etcManagement of the council's main switchboard and main reception points.Management of a Business Control Team responsible for Electronic Document Management (EDM), finance, staff records, stationery etc.Managed a team of 50 fte
