Centre of Excellence expertise and advisory services to accelerate leadership, and grow a culture that embraces co-creation, productivity, and high-performing thinkers. Key responsibilities include designing and developing a centre of excellence for organization effectiveness including change management and organization design governance and standards. Work with leaders to identify and assess a business’ management effectiveness, productivity and skill gaps that are creating barriers to performance and alignment to the organizational strategy and priorities. Work with human resources to strengthen problem-solving strategies and create business partnership initiatives for enhancing communications and the performance of all employees. Provide clear direction and consistent performance feedback to groups and individuals while identifying performance gaps and improving workplace effectiveness. Prior to accepting the COE role, I managed a small team of OE advisers and lead several enterprise-wide transformational and optimization intitiatives, from change management, structural, and cultural lens.
