• This role was a culmination of several, consistent, rapid promotions from previous roles as Director, Business Operations to Executive Director (2011), to VP, Business Operations (2016), to SVP, Business Operations (2019)• As SVP, I led the development of annual strategic objectives in conjunction with financial targets and supported the business through day-to-day operations. I was responsible for developing growth strategies in 10+ countries across North America, Europe, and Australia, with $400M+ Sales Targets and $1.5B worth of Proposal Services. • During my time at ACT Oncology, I led the infrastructure enhancement and optimization in a small niche CRO to position that company for acquisition. This initiative culminated in the development and roll-out of a three-year infrastructure plan. I am proud to say that I grew the business by 20%+ YOY, leading to the acquisition of ACT Oncology by Precision for Medicine.• My guidance scope also included process and resource optimization, growing the total resources to 2,000 from <10 employees. To do this, I first set priorities, identified and bridged gaps to maximize productivity, and built a stakeholder engagement plan. • I created a regular cadence of robust, consistent communications plans between divisions, incorporating data analytics and key performance indicator implementation to ensure working alignment and proper information flow.

Precision Oncology was rebranded from ACT Oncology during its acquisition in 2016.

• As Project Director, I led clinical trials from end to end, providing project management, safety, data management, and all other requirements. I mapped a global clinical trials program to a project plan requiring global resources and the utilization of metrics to track progress and performance. • At a strategic level, I developed and implemented study quality metrics to increase overall performance, identify gaps and improve project team performance. These metrics were incorporated at the organizational level.
