I am currently the CCTV Upgrade, and Programme Lead for Hammersmith and Fulham Council, following the successful completion of my time as their IT Project Manager for the West King Street Regeneration Programme in 2020. My focus is not only on upgrading the CCTV provision but also on ensuring we have the foundations for developing a centralised platform to support the functionality of a Smart City. Between these two exciting projects, I have been the project lead for several projects at Oxford County Council, all of which have successfully been completed.

Managed a large team who were responsible for the College network infrastructure, and information systems. Supported College Merger from an IT perspective and a New Build.Management of complex projects to agreed timeframes and within budget achieving considerable cost savings of around £500K. Successful planning and management of a 2+ million budget, while ensuring the realisation of specific outcomes within the given budget constraints.Ensured services aligned to the varied "customer" needs and expectations which were ever-changing. Worked to improve the interoperability of systems to ensure where possible we had single source data entry. Responsible for the Internet, Intranet and bespoke software development teams and numerous projects needed for college operations. Staff IT training and support were a crucial part of the role.

Managed a team responsible for implementing new technologies appropriate to teaching and learning across all sites. Maintained and developed both the Internet and intranet sites for the College. Responsible for all IT staff training and development for the College.

Develop and deliver bespoke training for all staff relating to MS office and all college software systems.
