My mission is one of empowerment and I utilize a variety of tools, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy, to guide my clients towards their personal and professional goal attainment. NLP Coaching looks at how our brains (Neuro) utilize language (Linguistic) to create subconscious behavior patterns and thoughts (Programming) that either empower or disempower us in our lives. My coaching sessions are designed to train the subconscious mind to identify and reject negative self-talk and replace that with positive and empowering internal dialogue that effortlessly pushes clients towards their goal attainment. A person doesn’t need to have an identifiable “problem” in their lives to benefit from my services; I am a firm believer in life-long self-improvement. Think about the fact that the best athletes in the world all have a great coach to help them to attain even greater performance levels.In the corporate setting, I conduct group workshops to motivate, empower and provide tools to employees for greater productivity. I also conduct Private 1:1 Employee and Executive Coaching sessions to define specific business and/or personal goals, develop actionable plans and execute plan strategies and tactics. The result is enhanced personal and professional satisfaction and increased corporate profitability.
