• Reviewed spend analytics across multiple organizations and developed the Strategic Sourcing Plan to maximize value Hydro One’s 5-year investment plan.
• Negotiated complex engineering materials valued up to $10 million dollars plus per unit.
• Developed and recommended sourcing strategies and policies to optimize material lifecycle cost reductions, secured availability of over 55,000 materials, monitored and acted on improving partner commitments and.

• Analyzed sales trends to forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly purchasing requirements as well as implemented category purchasing strategies to ensure product availability.
• Negotiated purchases effectively with suppliers, domestically and internationally for all mill-run metal products (I-Beams, sheet metal, angles, flats, channels, rebar, tubes, pipes, grating etc.).
