• Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, product, and supplies that come in and out of corporate warehouses. • Ensure all production orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner in adherence to delivery schedules. • Communicate all delays or variances in inbound/outbound freight to the appropriate parties. • Maintain strict control over inventory levels in order to meet internal and external demand of product. • Plan warehouse layout and space requirements in order to prevent loss or damage, and to achieve full warehouse optimization. • Take into account full implications of freight turnover, size, weight, and other factors when allocating warehouse space.• Supervise a team of warehouse employees, including hiring, delegation, training, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and termination. • Conduct periodic spot-checks of inventory levels, supplies, or equipment.• Identify discrepancies between inventory records and take action. • Investigate causes of lost or damaged shipments and other matters; make adjustments where necessary.

• To conduct inspection of all incoming items as to quantity and quality against requisition upon arrival and report any discrepancy• To count, weigh and measure materials received or issued and properly record it in the receiving log or material issuance slip• To properly stock all material according to item specification system• To sort and prepare requested items for any upcoming events• To release items as per approved requisition and post it in the legendary ledger• To conduct monthly inventory of all stock and send report to the Production Manager and Accounts• To request replenishment of common stocks• To make sure rules on safe working are followed to prevent accidents• To make sure the warehouse is properly maintain and all stocks are neatly piled and in good condition at all times• To handle and verify the accuracy of all inbound shipments by checking the quantity and quality of actual received items against the order and report any discrepancy• To submit quality evaluation report to the Production Manager, General Manager and Accounts• To coordinate with other production staff during set-up and pull-out• To assist the Accountant and Auditors during audit inventory• To attend training related to storekeeping, warehouse control and inventory to update knowledge and skills
