I facilitated groups of interdisciplinary health care practitioners through a design thinking process to find solutions for providing greater access to GPs for marginalized populations.

I have been involved in several projects at UBC Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. In this project I co-designed and co-facilitated stakeholder engagement workshops for the development of a faculty-wide code of conduct to strengthen professionalism and professional interactions between students, staff, and faculty. The resulting work and recommendations were presented to the Professionalism Committee and published in the Journal of Pharmacy Education.
