    As a Product leader at OODA, I was responsible for creating new products to further OODA's mission to eliminate administrative waste within the US Healthcare space. I transformed these products from initial concept to viable products over a period of about 18 months. Both products were B2B and multi-tenant cloud-based solutions.• Designed, Built, and Launched a new product to streamline medical records intake and review for payers to improve the speed of prior authorizations and claim adjudication.• Worked with a large US Payer to Design, Build, and Test an real-time claim adjudication system that used AI to directly read the medical chart notes, convert them into coded claims, and to submit them to the Payer's system for immediate adjudication. This successfully demonstrated that a claim could be adjudicated within milliseconds of a medical chart note being finalized.• Managed a team of PMs, Designers, and Analysts, and directed the work of two full teams of engineers.
