Jay's Colorado roots are deep, having grown up in Grand Junction and attending Grand Junction High School. He continued his education at Yale University and after graduating from Yale taught in Europe. He is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Currently, Jay is a member of the Board of Directors for Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation (CHAC) and is the president of the board for the HERO Alliance, a non-profit devoted to helping with all facets of homeownership for people with disabilities.Jay focuses on expanding relationships with referral partners such as realtors, non-profits, housing authorities, builders, accountants, and attorneys.
