Liaison between customer, cross functional internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely, successful delivery of mass mail print products. Manage multiple accounts with aggressive timelines and numerous requirements. Responsible for customer relationships, verbal and written communications, conflict and problem resolution, invoicing, and contract compliance. Actively participate in complex data analytics to find root cause then develop action plans to resolve issues and make process improvement recommendations. Schedule all stages of production, monitor material stock levels to meet customer needs, and validate quality specifications.

Responsible for operating the university's large laser printers, managing print jobs, and providing customer service to students. Also provided assistance with creating and assembling various print media for the university.
