I am a Senior in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville working toward a business degree in supply chain management. I have always been a hard worker whether that be in sports or in the classroom where I always put my group ahead of myself is one of my strengths. In one of my previous jobs as a landscaper, I always took initiative in doing little before being asked to do them. I continue to do that now as a member of Phi Delta Theta where I go above and beyond. Another strength is being a mediator. When situations get tough I am able to be patient, slow down, and think of a positive solution, I used this all the time when I was a baseball umpire. My professional goals are to lead a team of 15-30 individuals being able to manage and develop them to their full professional talent. As well as help them become efficient team workers and valuable pieces in a business setting. Also, be an expert for some companies such as Caterpillar possibly in a supply chain management field. I want to end up in this position because not only is it my passion but I find a lot of pride in not only succeeding myself but to help others succeed, which is something I have always desired from a young age.
