Group Learning and Development Coordinator responsible for the management and implementation of training and development processes and procedures for the Pan-European PHOENIX Group. • Development of company trainings, procedures and policies.• Leading Pharmacy Manager inductions, consistently collaborating with various stakeholders to establish a robust and informative programme.• Ownership of the probation and appraisal processes and procedures, including tracking progression with line management, protecting business integrity.• Supporting line management with cases of grievance, disciplinary and redundancy.• Assessment, production and implementation of competency frameworks for the logistical business units.• Supporting the recruitment team with sifting CVs, assessing qualifications, and identifying suitably qualified candidates• Line management responsibilities in management absence. For all new Rowland's Pharmacy managers I would run an induction course which would help them to effectively manage their time, staff and pharmacy. This would also encourage new managers to share their previous management experience and encourage collaborative working.
