In 2008 after 22 years in retirement services Jay left his corporate career and began purchasing Fetch! Pet Care franchises and grew the holding company to 12 metro markets in the eastern United States with approximately $900k in gross revenue. He is an avid pet lover and gets to enjoy his passion of animals every day.In 2013 Jay saw a need among Fetch! Pet Care franchisees for reliable coordination services to assist with day to day sales and operations. He and his team formed Barrett Business Solutions immediately getting seven Fetch markets as clients. On December 31, 2014 Jay sold his companies to Fetch! Pet Care, Inc. and joined the executive team as Vice President and Client Experience Officer. He and his team continued to operate and expand locations under a company owned unit model. They also grew the call center to have capacity for the entire Fetch! franchise network nationally. Much was accomplished towards these goals. In July, 2017 Jay and his team negotiated the purchase of operations in Washington, DC Metro and Birmingham, AL so we could return to our roots as the top franchisee in the country. As of December, 2019 Jay's team is the top revenue generator for the Fetch! Pet Care system with over $980k in revenue for a trailing 12-months. Three Pups, Inc. employs over 135 Pet Care Providers in DC, Virginia, Maryland and Alabama.Prior to Fetch Jay was an experienced retirement services professional, he used his broad industry expertise and proven account management skills to provide retirement plan clients with proactive, hands-on service and individualized, quality retirement programs. Through a unique combination of strategic planning, insightful problem solving, and strong relationship building, Jay met and exceeded the expectations of his clients. Jay had 22 years of experience in retirement plan services. Jay earned his BA degree from Northeastern University in Boston, and held NASD Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
