Hi, I'm Jay Sharma, and I'm a sophomore at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business majoring in Finance and Accounting. My core values stem from integrity, ingenuity, and a passion to strive for creative excellence - all of which shaped significant areas of my high school career. Serving as the Vice-Editor of my school's Editorial Board, I was responsible for ensuring coherence among editorial teams, making iterations, and opining on structure and formatting. As a previous district champion for table tennis, I incorporated discipline into my lifestyle, which has left a lasting impact on me ever since.Here at IU, I strive to foster innovation and diversity in each of my endeavors, and my involvement on campus highlights these. As a part of the Residence Hall Association and the Diversity, Culture and Inclusion Committee (DCIC), I have been given opportunities to champion diversity in student life, vocalize student concerns, and support programming initiatives. I am also a part of the Financial Services Club and the Passive Income Development Club, and engage with club activities and meetings regularly. Additionally, I play for IU’s table tennis team and proudly compete on both divisional and regional levels, and aspire to further my development in the sport. I consistently aim to raise the bar, and firmly believe that efficiency through collaboration is the key to professional development and success.
