Manage an $850,000 grant from the Institute of Education Sciences. Coordinate all efforts to create a vocabulary development software program for elementary students. Manage 9 employees including instructional designers, programmers, graphic artists, and illustrators. Create timelines, budgets, and workloads. Work in close coordination and cooperation with the programs manager to control flow of resources, both human and financial, to ensure this project, as well as others, stay within budget, on time, and of highest quality. Conduct summative and formative evaluation reports for the CEO and funding agency.
