Microsoft application ( MsExcel, MsWord and MsPowerpoint )• Prepares quotation, prototype and mass production drawings; and documentation of product;• Performs strength analysis of different types of pedal based on thespecifications given by the client and generate reports for proper evaluation of the product.• Analyze the manufacturability and cost of products by performing yield rate analysis and material thinning analysis.

• Performs troubleshooting and investigation of process and implementsnecessary corrective and improvement actions;• Conduct monitoring, inspection and maintenance of machines and jigs;• Prepare process related documents (Engineering Trial Documents, Process Change requisition, Engineering Endorsement and other necessary documents)
