Directed operations of a water system with a peak capacity of 96 million gallons/day (one of the largest in the Southeast), a gas system with annual throughput of more than 5.1 billion cubic feet (15thlargest in US), and an electric system with annual peak demand over 1,400MW (20thlargest in US); responsible for day-to-day operations, customer care, and public relations; managed coordination of efforts during significant crisis in April 2011 tornado outbreak; spearheaded design and implementation of water rate increase to address water revenue needs
