Working within LEA’s operations department I believe I have expanded my skills and knowledge within my chosen career path. Here I interact with aircraft owners, brokers and customers providing them with quotations and dealing with everyday queries. Execute airfield safety procedures to ensure a safe operating environment for crew, aircraft and passengers. Liaising with agencies such as air traffic control, engineers and handling agent’s to certify a swift and effortless service for passengers. I have also furthered my knowledge with flight planning, operations publications, preparing charts and maps for crew and monitoring weather at the required destinations. Monitor and update airports with arrival/departure slots, relay any departure/arrival delays along with aircraft and airfield situations to clients. This position has given me excellent experience and grounding towards my future career as a commercial pilot.

During these shows we let customers experience the new generation of Home Automation and the exciting possibilities available from a touch of a bottom. Here I liaise with clients providing them with information about Home Automation, providing quotations, arranging meetings with customers along with maintaining and developing relationships. During existing projects we go on site to fit and programme systems in to ensure everything is as required by client.
