I plan and lead the music portion of the weekly worship services. I recruit new volunteers and train existing volunteers in leading worship through music. I cast vision over all parts of the creative arts in City Church and aim to create a culture that encourages worship through creativity and empowers artists to express their faith in ways that both encourage other believers and engage those who are not believers.I oversee our community engagement ministry where we partner with organizations in the community as well as resource individuals and our community groups with opportunities to serve and love our city. I oversee the facility maintaining and upgrading our building when and where needed. I have been tasked with establishing a youth ministry in the next couple years. So, I am doing a lot of research, prayer, and thinking through what youth ministry at City Church could and should look like.

At ElderCare, I provide direct support to the managers and executive director. I help with HR, finances, fundraising as well as keeping all of the data entry records accurate and up-to-date. I assist in 4 unique fundraisers each year, providing assistance to the Executive Director in contacting sponsors, coordinating meetings and handling communications/marketing for events.

As a Call Center Specialist, I provided a high level of customer service helping people in a range of circumstances providing assistance in a steady, patient, and customer-centered manner. As a Quality Assurance Specialist I helped promote a high quality of customer service by listening to and critiquing inbound calls for UIC.

I learned so much from my time at Chick-fil-A about customer service and caring for customers.
