• Assists field engineer for the installation of CPEs such as Fortinet Firewall, FortiSwitch,FortiAP, ADVA MIB, Cisco ISR, Cradlepoint and making sure that all installed devices areremotely accessible.
• Responsible for access and initial configuration of the CPEs such as Interface IP and gateway,static and default routes, DHCP server, NTP server, Trusthosts, Firmware upgrade, NativeVLAN, HA config.

• Actively monitors the network health across all sites and identifies and proposes solutions to potential problems/issues before they happen.

• Handles (installation and restoration) last mile equipment for ADSL/VDSL circuit via MSAN, Fiber internet via GPON, Internet Direct Services (IDS), Direct Leased Line (DLL), Multi-Purpose Label Switching (MPLS).
• Configure and install equipment such as media converters, fiber multiplexer, Nexcomm modem, Rad modem, ZyXEL ATA, OneAccess ATA, ADVA Carrier Ethernet, Fiberhome ONU, ZyXEL SOHO router, TP-Link Deco m5 router, TP Link.
• Perform End to End testing such as Layer 2 and Layer 3 traffic test, RFC2544, E2E BERT test for ISDN PRI, Ping test, trace route and application testing.- In-house cabling for both copper and fiber optic termination at.
• Check and monitor client's network stability using Cacti, MRTG, Ping plotter, Wireshark, and other network monitoring tools for network fault related activities.
• Conduct troubleshooting, analyzation, and isolation of circuit from physical layer (OSI Layer 1) up to the network layer (OSI Layer 3) for network fault related activities.
• Coordinates with the Network Control Center (NCC) and IP Networks in troubleshooting of faults.
