• Assists field engineer for the installation of CPEs such as Fortinet Firewall, FortiSwitch,FortiAP, ADVA MIB, Cisco ISR, Cradlepoint and making sure that all installed devices areremotely accessible.• Responsible for access and initial configuration of the CPEs such as Interface IP and gateway,static and default routes, DHCP server, NTP server, Trusthosts, Firmware upgrade, NativeVLAN, HA config.• Performs RFC test for MPLS circuit and speed test and ping test for internet circuits.• Escalation and coordination with carrier during carrier circuit issues.• Troubleshoot escalated issues with external customers and telecom providers.

• Responsible for IP Network Operations Day-to-Day Tasks such as circuit provisioning of IDS, DSL, MPLS and DLL circuit and serving as Point of Contact for Level 1's and Level 2's during provisioning of circuits and troubleshooting of ticket related activities. • Responsible for Circuit orders / Bandwidth changes / Working with Providers. • Actively monitors the network health across all sites and identifies and proposes solutions to potential problems/issues before they happen. • Escalation and coordination with uplink provider during uplink related outages.• Enrollment of IP related Network Element in monitoring system.• Ensures that SLA commitments are met, including monitoring and reporting of the same, and that projects and activities are completed as per commitment. • Processing and routing of RFC/MOP for IP Network related activity. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Handles (installation and restoration) last mile equipment for ADSL/VDSL circuit via MSAN, Fiber internet via GPON, Internet Direct Services (IDS), Direct Leased Line (DLL), Multi-Purpose Label Switching (MPLS), Ethernet International Private Line (EIPL), International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC), ISDN Pri, DWDM and OTN circuits.• Configure and install equipment such as media converters, fiber multiplexer, Nexcomm modem, Rad modem, ZyXEL ATA, OneAccess ATA, ADVA Carrier Ethernet, Fiberhome ONU, ZyXEL SOHO router, TP-Link Deco m5 router, TP Link Load Balancer and Cisco ASR and ISR routers.• Perform End to End testing such as Layer 2 and Layer 3 traffic test, RFC2544, E2E BERT test for ISDN PRI, Ping test, trace route and application testing.- In-house cabling for both copper and fiber optic termination at technical operating center, data center and node.• Check and monitor client's network stability using Cacti, MRTG, Ping plotter, Wireshark, and other network monitoring tools for network fault related activities.• Conduct troubleshooting, analyzation, and isolation of circuit from physical layer (OSI Layer 1) up to the network layer (OSI Layer 3) for network fault related activities.• Coordinates with the Network Control Center (NCC) and IP Networks in troubleshooting of faults.• Locates fiber cut using OTDR and check patch cord termination at optical distribution frame.• Conduct line parameter and link loss budget checking using OTDR, PON power meter, VFL, JDSU Copper tester, telephone line cable tracker and tester wire toner tracer.• Document all network issues and resolution for client's circuit in details using our ticketing system
