Jay is a member of the executive leadership teams for both the Life Sciences industry sector and Global Supply Chain competency. Jay currently has responsibility for EY's Life Sciences Supply Chain practice and is the also the Americas Lead for the firm's Manufacturing practice (cross industry).

Jay served as Principal & Account Executive at Tunnell Consulting, a leading consulting firm focused on strategic, operational and technical solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
