Responsible for training, development, coaching, progressive discipline, and schedule planning for a team of 10-14 people within the communication center. Manage day to day operations and resolve individual communicator issues as they arise while maintaining minimum staffing levels for 25-35 people in the communications center as a whole. Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve issues and ensure safe flight operations and patient transports. Conduct quality assurance reviews and safety spot checks. Correct data irregularities within flight records to ensure accurate billing.

Responsible for growth, maintenance, and risk mitigation for accounts in Nebraska and western Iowa. Primary responsibilities include seeking out new clients, identify ways to grow existing accounts, utilize various tools to prevent and manage loss, hire and train employees, oversee day to day operations, and formulate and execute business plans to increase branch profitability.

Resolve account issues including security, identity and related document verification, and loss recovery. Responsible for maintaining adherence to quality control and government compliance standards. Handle all customer issues in an efficient manner, making sure to keep satisfaction high while keeping call time low.
