I am a motivated and ambitious student at the Stillman School of Business, pursuing a dual major in Finance and Economics. I have received an academic scholarship and maintained a consistent presence on the Dean's List, reflecting my strong academic performance and passion for learning. Currently, as an intern at Maxim Group LLC, I focus on Healthcare M&A Advisory. Our team excels in providing strategic advice and corporate financing solutions specifically tailored to the healthcare sector. We assist companies in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions, drawing on our extensive industry experience and robust capital markets capabilities. This role allows me to apply my skills in business research and private equity funding, further establishing myself as a competent Investment Banking Analyst within the healthcare industry. I also had interned at RedWave Venture Partners as a VC Investments intern where we provide strategic advising to our portfolio companies and assisting them with operations, sales, marketing, PR and crisis management and leveraging our industry experience and connections to provide exposure to our portfolio companies by sponsorships. I also have worked as an Asset Management and Deal Sourcing intern at Colton Alexander, where I assisted in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and prepared financial models and reports. I have also interned as a Private Equity intern at Next horizon fund, where I supported the deal team in sourcing, analyzing, and executing transactions across various sectors. Furthermore, Through these roles, I have demonstrated my ability to work with diverse teams, communicate effectively, and translate data into actionable insights.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply passionate about the arts, including piano, orchestral music, and visual arts. I believe that these hobbies enrich my creativity and perspective, and help me balance my personal and professional goals.
