I first started to work with the Performia system 27 years ago; the minute I found out about this unique and disruptive method of hiring based on performance and also the psychometric testing, (which is incredibly accurate and insightful), I was strongly interested in this system. I love working with people and seeing my clients grow their business supported by high performing staff who are easy to work with and manage. I am proud of the fact that the guidance I provide has helped to prevent my clients from making serious hiring mistakes and saved them potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is working with managers to help them really understand how to get the best out of each individual within their team. The insights Performia provides for managers is highly practical and gives them tips that really work. I can also help people develop their career and make more informed career decisions based on their native and learned personality traits. By helping people identify and manage their key strengths and weaknesses it can bring about a marked increase in productivity.I have helped many people over the past 27 years to gain more understanding of themselves and their teams.
