Responsible for leading a large team of multidisciplinary designers within Cancer Research UK’s creative team, The Studio. Leading on high level briefs and priorities, providing strategic and creative direction to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects and integrated campaigns. Working with varied teams of designers, producers, copywriters, content strategists and account managers to ensure the successful delivery of highly creative work, backed by strategic thinking, brand and audience insights, and strong stakeholder management. Setting and maintaining creative standards and ensuring all creative outputs are of the highest quality. Managing brand guidelines, creative resources and training, and leading the development of future focused creative strategies.Working closely with the Operations Lead and Head of Creative to design creative workflows, systems and processes, to forecast, plan and prioritise workload, to measure success and to support the ongoing development and growth of The Studio and Design.
