Responsible for Maintenance Department in Mexico Facility-TPM Manufacturing Management.-KPI's: Costs, spare parts, Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Automat Maintenance, MTTR & MTBF.-Facilities: Air Compressors, Chillers, Ovens, Pump supplies, Offices, WC, Facilities warehouse.-Plastic injection machinery, plastic extrusion, thermoforming machines, lamination machines, waterjet machines, Grinder and Pelletizer.-EHS.-Supply Chain: Spare parts and services.

Management of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures of e-Coat Painting line and shot peening machines, by: -Manage the weekly inspection routines made by Maitenance Engineers.-Monthly budget management of $50k US Dollars.-CAPEX project budget management of $1.2M US Dollars per year.-Handle and management of paint production lines - E-Coat and Electrical depositation process.-Handle and management of shot peening machines - Spenser, Wheelabrator and LS Industries brands.-Management of 5 maintenance engineers and 19 maintenance techniques.

-Planning the maintenance and installation of new e-coat painting project.-Research and integration of new projects and new investments.-Automatization developing and control for production lines.-PLC programming and failure checks with brands like Siemens (TIA Portal 13, Step 7, WinCC, Simatic Starter) and Allen Bradley (RS Logix 500) and Robot programming of FANUC (R2000iB).-Supervision and realization of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenances.-New Paint Process Implementation.-Project Budget Management.
