Provides integration management support to government program manager for the Fort Eisenhower Transformation Project. Manages day-to-day installation oversight of IT and A/V fit-outs within Army Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) projects.Assists with preparation and reviews deliverable products prepared by the team. Manage IT network switch and router configurations and other hardware configuration changes. Oversees the delivery of IT and A/V installations in support of the program from procurement through delivery. Manage logistics plan administration and tracks Just in Time (JIT) supply chain management strategy.Manage network diagrams, rack elevations, and equipment list of materials between project management office and contract integrator. Author and then oversees baseline configurations for applications, software, and hardware assets installed into classrooms, administration areas, and Telecommunications rooms.Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change to include alternative solutions. Prepares and presents oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management. Schedules and assists in equipment accountably audits and assists in implementing audit recommendations. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion through project management office.Develop security guidelines to avoid unauthorized damage or usage of project items. Assist in management, maintenance and automating of processes and techniques to find efficiencies. Analyze installation and integration issues and propose appropriate resolutions

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION- Works as part of a team which will include military, contractor, and/or civilian instructors. These areas include but are not limited to the Fort Gordon Network Enterprise Center (NEC), Fort Gordon G6, LandWarNet e-University Lifelong Learning Center (LWNeU LLC), local and remote Mission Command activities. Utilizes services of existing third party Government or commercial organizations associated with 15th Regimental Signal Brigade (15th RSB) to deliver or assist with delivery of training requirements as determined by the COR. Works with other schools, institutions, or agencies – Government, DoD, USA, Industry, Academia, or Foreign Government – to identify and implement new information applicable to specific courses (or lessons), as determined by the COR. Manages all facility power requirements, tactical communication support systems, BCCS server stacks, Battle Command Training and Distributed System (BCT&DS), and IT subsystem devices locally and/or remotely. Updates and refreshes system applications or operating system on the network servers as required, encryption strategies, system monitoring, load balancing, enhancing network performance with applicable patches and upgrades, and validate and verify systems configurations before the start of each class or on a daily basis. Coordinates with key players to maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the VLAN network infrastructure.

Coordinates with key players to maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the VLAN network infrastructure.INSTRUCTOR/WRITER- Works as a government contractor on the Mission Command Arts & Science Program (MCASP) Contract for the US Army training Signal Soldiers within the Signal-Digital Master Gunners Course (S-DMG) to be masters of the Local Area Network (LAN), integrators of Battle Command Common Services (BCCS) and Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS) that provide critical and near-real time situational awareness to Combatant Commanders. Courses that are taught within a five week period include Network System Architecture, Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T), Command Post Node (CPN), Enterprise Services, Command Post Communications System (CPCS)/TOCNET, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Routing / Switching / Firewalls, Network Monitoring / Troubleshooting, Inline Encryption Devices, BCCS / MCIS / Data Dissemination Services (DDS) / VMware Server, Joint Capability Release (JCR), Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBCP), Command Post of the Future (CPOF).

• Managed a team of 25 employees providing local area networking, information security, configuration management, help desk support, collaboration tools, web services and systems integration to over 30K users spanning across 105M square miles supporting 3 regionally aligned, network enterprise centers. • Oversaw daily performance of computer systems; ensured proper installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cables, hardware/software, and operating systems.• Collaborated with headquarters and Microsoft to plan and implement new technology; performed information assurance vulnerability alert patching, firmware upgrades, disaster recovery, and backups.• Maintained records of daily communication transactions, problems, and fix actions taken; escalated unresolved issues to appropriate level for 100% customer and ticket resolution.
