- Provide advice, counsel and training to employees and managers to ensure a fair work environment, conducive to peak performance, with a proactive customer service oriented focus.- Responsible in development and interpretation of company policy consistent with the law and the company’s overall vision and guiding philosophy. Assists in the development and presentation of supervisory training- Responds to internal work place concerns and external formal charges against the company via a fact-based analysis and investigation, and where possible prepares decision makers to act in a win-win manner for the best interest of employees and the company.- Assist managers in corporate and field offices with matters such as employee performance, terminations, legal claims, charges and employee relations investigations.

Sr. Human Resources Business Partner serves as the Human Resources (HR) point of contact for the leadership team of an assigned Business Unit and Region. S/he provides focused human resources consulting in the areas of workforce planning, organizational development, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, employee relations, succession planning, and talent management. This position will deliver corporate initiatives, assess issues and generates subsequent solutions, manage the implementation of enterprise wide HR programs, and manage in a shared services environment. Essential functions include :Enhance and build the capability of the business by incorporating the people component into strategic planning, development and assessment. Collaborate with other HR COEs (D&I, Internal Recruiting, Talent Management, Employee Relations) to enhance the service levels to customers. Advise regional and local leadership in matters relating to people, HR processes and policies, employment law, HR programs and corresponding impact on the business. Partner with regional and local leadership to create action plans to enhance employee engagement and drive diversity and inclusion. Partner with BU, regional and local leadership and Talent Management to assess, select and develop employees for succession planning programs. In conjunction with HRM, advise reginal business leaders on performance management issues impacting business initiatives.Analyze people data and information to identify gaps and make impacts improving business efficiency. .Direct Investigations and implement resolutions to employee relations matters involving internal employees. Provide individualized executive coaching to regional and local leadership, as required, to help drive high performance teams. Demonstrate behavior that promotes an inclusive work environment, models inclusive behavior and supports operational activities that fosters diversity

- Assisted in revamp of Company Policies and Procedures Manual- Responsible for campus recruiting activities related to finding coop programs that were suitable to Edulinx- Assisted in re-designing the company’s job analysis forms.- Assist and guide student loan borrowers with the process of disbursing and repaying their student loans- Correspond with borrower regarding the status of their loans (Balances, Interest rates)- Administer borrowers to any other outside vendors they needed more assistance from.- Train and develop new employees through job shadowing and presentations.
