I am deeply grateful to have spent several decades working with people to create a transformational shift, often in multiple domains in their lives. Currently, my primary work is as a Partner with Genratec®, focussing on leadership, coaching, and human development for individuals, professionals, teams and Governance Boards. My valued clients reside in multiple geographical locations currently, such as New Zealand, Australia, USA and Canada.My business partner and I created a range of programmes, including 1:1 coaching and training for Professional Coaches. Since 2002 we have been training Genratec® licensee coaches in our proprietary generative coaching, ontological methods (Context), and applied integral theory. You can find out more information at Genratec.com. I have owned and operated a number of successful businesses ranging from leadership development to private equity investment. My focus is on providing individuals and organisations with the tools they need to reach for extraordinary performance and achievement. I enjoy applying our theories and models in my own life. For example; in 2003, together with business partners over a five month period, we purchased 38 residential properties valued at $7 million, using none of our own money.
