Built approximately 1,500 apartments and assisted living units for Winter Park Construction, Epoch Residential and Mill Creek.

1999 – 2010CEO / Old Homes, Inc. (OHI) Started OHI with $106 in the bank and built company to a $139 million valuation and over $300 million in assets (approx. $800 million in todays dollars). Raised over $250 million in capital. Acquired, developed and managed approximately 3 million square feet of residential, multifamily (1,810 units), mixed-use and commercial real estate. Systemized the mass renovation process of historic properties and developed processes similar to institutional home builders, where every product down to the door hinges were designed before construction began, each step of the renovation process was put in a systemized order, and integrated processes were used repeatedly like a manufacturing plant to grow OHI into one of the fastest growing companies in the U.S. year after year. Fortunate enough to be in over 40 articles and television shows including 4 episodes on HGTV. Spent many years in much needed weekly business coaching learning how to build a company (mostly with E-Myth Organization; which I highly recommend).Believe strongly in preparation and operational systems to avoid chaos during fast growth.
