For over 16 years, I have been providing technology support to the Upland Unified School District (UUSD), a public school district serving more than 10,000 students and 500 staff members. My mission is to create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages the use of technology to increase productivity, reinforce learning, encourage creativity, and enhance curriculum.As a Computer Systems Support Technician, I am responsible for maintaining and supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and network infrastructure, as well as various educational technology solutions. I have a proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues, implementing system upgrades, and ensuring network security and reliability. I am also well-versed in Microsoft 365, Zendesk administration, and other software applications that facilitate communication and collaboration among district personnel. I take pride in being a reliable and resourceful team player who contributes to the district's goals and vision.
