Galvanized by the need for equity and social justice, Bayha Group wrote grants on behalf of student-centered public schools securing millions of dollars in grant funding to implement programs inspiring youth to claim their power and voice as heroes in their life’s journey. Since 2015, Bayha Group has secured over $60 million dollars for our clients.

Led the state-wide evaluation of the California Career Technical Education (CTE) Pathways Initiative (also known as Senate Bill or SB 70). The Initiative aimed strengthen CTE pathways and linkages between K-12 schools and community colleges. Responsible for writing annual reports to Governor, Legislature, and Director of Finance.Wrote grant proposals that resulted in more than $10 million in contracts.Recognized for Exceptional Contribution to the WestEd Community for "transformational style of leadership, big picture vision, enthusiasm, and commitment to serve, raising the motivation and performance of those around her."

Co-produced food event Noodle Bowl Fest to raise money and awareness for homeless youth in Los Angeles. This sold-out ticketed event had 600 attendees at the Viceroy Hotel in Santa Monica. A portion of the proceeds ($3,000) from event benefitted My Friend's Place, a Hollywood-based nonprofit providing food and services to homeless teens.
