I am currently working with the web development team to continue development of a wide variety of reporting applications using a variety of commonly available web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL.I continue to provide support in various other roles and responsibilities, including network administration, system administration, upper tier end user support, and most recently developing and delivering end user cybersecurity training.

This position entailed a variety of duties including installation/repair of POTS, ADSL, VDSL, IPTV, and VOIP. These installs included setting up the physical circuit from the crossbox (SAI) through all appropriate distribution cable to the premises, and installing the necessary residential wiring to support requested services. The position also involved significant quality testing using the JDSU test set and various NMS systems to ensure excellent signal quality.

As an IT specialist I provided technical operations support for the Team WorldWide corporate campus, and 40+ offices located all over the United States. This position entailed a wide variety of duties and responsibilities including end-user support, tier 1 network support, systems administration, purchasing, documentation, and much more as necessary.
