Leading the buying team I am responsible for conceptualising and the developing the merchandise strategy, defining product assortments, and managing our key supplier relationships and negotiations to deliver our overall brand value proposition.As a key member of the Noel Leeming Lead Team I also help set the overall strategy and direction for the wider business.
