Also home to world class Joining Innovation Center dedicated to Welding technology, in house Inspection, and Systems Engineering. In addition to office space for approx. 180 people, the facility has a 75 person auditorium and meeting spaces for customer and employee presentations. Air Conditioned shop floor space is available for powering and demonstrating oilfield equipment (approx. 14ksf).Regular Responsibilities-Lead rollout and maintain regular 5S+ activities for all areas in the facility-Lead and execute from conceptualization to completion, capital expenditures and AFE projects (~$1MM /year).-Maintain production BOMs and Routers-Review and process Engineering change orders-Disposition NCRs as required-Evaluate lease vs. buy for industrial equipment-Lead continuous improvement efforts through usage of tools such as value stream mapping, 5S+, Kaizen, Lean 6 Sigma, etc. -Lead resolution of improvement efforts through implementation or modification of processes and equipment-Review test proposals for feasibility and provide cost estimates for meeting testing requirements-Maintain a safe working environment by regularly identifying potential safety issues and resolving identified issues.

Project led from concept through execution through work with facility management, 3rd party contractors and architects, and Drilling Engineering-Construction of a new Drilling Aftermarket Repair and Rework facility in Singapore. Project led from concept to initial design and then handed to local Singapore team to oversee execution.-Construction of new Drilling Aftermarket Service and Part Distribution locations in Corpus Christi, TX and Shreveport, LA. Projects were led from concept and approval, through execution and initial occupancy and facility startup. -Installation of various new CNC equipment at various global locations. Led local teams through AFE process, selection of CNC machines, preparation of facility to receive machines, and final installation.
