About Joe Berardi
Joe Berardi is a Director of Community Standards and Community Service at Bryant University. He possess expertise in event planning, event management, sports, time management, customer service and 27 more skills. He is proficient in English. Colleagues describe him as "I worked with Joe while attending the University of Rhode Island 2005-2011 while running an organization I started 4 years ago when me and Joe first met. Joe was the Building Manager and turn to person for everything that went through the entire Memorial Union Building (ie events, practices, meetings, etc). During this time I worked with Joe on numerous occasions, from minor to exceedingly large events. Each time working with Joe was always a welcoming and productive meeting, for Joe was always putting all student organizations first no matter what the situation was. If there were something no matter how big or small that needed to get done, we always knew we could turn to Joe. Even if Joe didn't know the answer he'd go out of his way to help either point us in the right direction or to find it (which was my case in many situations due to the events I started up while at URI). Aside that, Joe was always very friendly and professional and always welcomed all thoughts and ideas with open arms. Joe was a pleasure to work with and I highly doubt my organization would have been successful without Joe being there to help us strive for our dreams and goals. He was always open minded and extremely helpful no matter what the situation was. He always goes above and beyond what he position required and we couldn't be any more greatful. I would like to recommend Joe for any position he ever applies to for he is a hard worker, always available/there when you need him, and mostly, dedicated." and "Joe's ability to communicate and motivate his staff makes him an effective manager and creates a collegial working environment. It was a pleasure to come to work everyday knowing I was part of a team in which we all shared responsibility in providing great service. Most notable is Joe's obivious passion for working with college students and improving student life at URI. Now as a postgrad working full time for a company, I still look back to lessons learned during my time under his leadership."
Listed skills include Event Planning, Event Management, Sports, Time Management, and 28 others.
