During this period, I helped 4 companies to build and scale their product and marketing endeavours. ⦿ Built Email Marketing Playbook for a SaaS Company which focuses on MSME Across SEA which helped them increase their inbound requests by 10% and Increase conversion by 30%. Also Helped them build build funnels with help of newsletters and webinars. During this Stint, I learnt how MSME markets operates and purchase SaaS happens in SEA.⦿ Helped an Ed-Tech Startup build their product & Go-To-Market Strategy. Researched the space along with competitors to create a MVP and take it to initial customers to validate the Idea.⦿ Created a Product Marketing Strategy for an early-stage startup and created collaterals(Presentations, Posters, Brochures) to get onboard Initial Clients. Also responsible for hiring 10X designers and engineers.⦿ Helped another Ed-Tech Startup Reduce conversion costs by 60% for a Series-A startup by managing email and SMS marketing campaigns.

My major roles were as follow:1.) Transformation : Did inspection of more than 40 properties in two month period, in order to identify the changes needed to be implemented in order to make them worthy of delivering the ‘OYO Experience’. 2.) Vendor Management : On-boarded vendors for various services required for renovation of properties and coordinated with them to ensure that quality service is delivered in stipulated period of time.

Being the Public Relations and Branding head of Spirit, I Recruited & Lead a 2-tier team of 20 people to get quality participation and better outreach of the fest. I was also part of decision making body which planned and allocated the budget for the festival.During the fest, I also manage the hospitality, accommodation & smooth transportation of ~1000 participants and coaches.

Entrepreneurial Development Cell (EDC) is a special interest group under Technical Board of the Students Gymkhana Council, IIT Guwahati and is responsible for activities and initiatives which would instil and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among the IITG community as well as the youth of North-East India.In Entrepreneurship Development cell I majorly contributed in the field of Public Relations. I make sure that various events of Club [Udgam (Annual E-summit of IITG), Various lectures and workshops] reach to its target audience. I came up with idea of expanding target audience of udgam from college students to college and senior secondary students. I along with one member of my team was given the task of contacting schools and getting them on board. In first year itself, students from more than 10 schools participated in Udgam 2016 edition. 20% of total participants in that edition were School students. In addition to that we had an understanding with Royal Global school for participation in all future events of EDC. I also contacted various Schools and colleges, got permission to have a presentation, prepared presentation and delivered them efficiently followed by a questionnaire session.

When elected as general Secretary of Lohit hostel, i was entrusted to discharge following duties, which i did with utmost dedication. 1. Ensure the well being of entire hostel. 2. Plann the semester budget and an activity calendar for the duration of their term in consultation with the HMC. 3. Lead the Hostel in all the Inter-Hostel Competitions(Manthan, Spardha, Kriti). 4. Decide on the list of amenities/ repair/ modifications/ replacements needed to be done in the hostel, and ensure, through the Maintenance Secretary, once approved by the concerned authorities, its subsequent implementation. 5. It was my responsibility to work throughout the year to ensure that the commitments laid down in the budget, once approved, are followed during my term. 6. I ensured that predefined procedures are being followed by HMC members.
