I am accountable for driving results via the management, leadership, and guidance of a diverse team across a multitude of specialties. Success happens through the consistent evaluation of the needs of clients to ensure alignment with strengths and weaknesses of my team and the solutions they support. I quickly and effectively prioritize the clearing of roadblocks and creation of operational efficiencies.
