- Interim Quality Manager at the BAE Anniston Alabama facility supervising 6 management Quality Supervisors and Engineers plus 16 hourly Process Auditors / Inspectors. Developed and Implemented data driven Quality Process changes that have resulted in significant reductions in vehicle defect rates.- Responded to an ISO Audit Failure (3 Major findings) at BAE Anniston Alabama facility. Identified Root Causes of issues relative to poor performance. Led team to develop, and implement Corrective Actions, Process Improvememts, and changes to process documentation. At the three month recertification Audit the facility had resolved all issues and received a satisfactory rating.- Developed divisional Corrective Action tracking and reporting program at several facilities for the Ground Systems division.

- Developed and led Lean Weighted Average Lead Time Reduction program at several Lucent (4) and Contract Manufacturing Supplier (16) sites in US, Europe, and Asia. Annual Components spend of $1.2 Billion.- Developed and Implemented Strategic Inventory Management Processes, in cooperation with Bell Labs, to improve On-Time Delivery Performance while reducing inventory investment.
