I am filling two key roles as Counsel in the Funds Group at Gunderson Dettmer. Part of my focus will be the traditional private investment funds practice, primarily representing Venture Capital funds, where I bring more than 20 years of experience from the legal, finance and operational sides. The balance of my time will be serving as the internal COO to the Gunderson Dettmer fund group practice. In this position, I will be focused on coordinating the significant team resources we have across our offices around the United States and around the world, including Knowledge Management and technology development, talent development and recruiting, team training, and marketing of the Funds Group.

As CAP, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the firm's operations and finance functions, including management of the firm's front and back office financial operations and staff, regulatory compliance, facilities management, IT infrastructure, and investor relations and marketing.
